The family will write a sleep diary for 5 days

The family will write down targets and current struggles

We will have an initial call or meeting of 60min to understand the goals and the current situation;

The family will receive an action plan according to their needs within 72H after the first meeting;

A second call of 30 min will be scheduled to clarify doubts and answer questions;

6

A weekly follow up will be done during one month (phone call, text or voice messages, the family decides).
