Here are some of the moments of everyday madness, those that mark the difference and create indelible memories.

Between a meeting and an early pick-up.
In the constant race against time. In the unstoppable rhythm of life in a gigantic metropolis, I often find myself thinking about how to slow down.

To breathe, observe, and do what makes me smile. I like to surround myself with people who are energy. And when that magic kicks in, it's not the frequency but the rhythm that establishes harmony.

So, the phone goes off, the music turns on, and rainy days turn into magic.

Who knows if in 20 years we will remember how time changed us, when perhaps all it took was to stop and make that moment indelible to find ourselves again.

I don't collect objects, but smiles and hugs. I build memories as if they were Legos. I make an effort to try to spend my days being present. I take off the phone to be here and now.

Thus is born that crazy idea that suddenly turns into something magical.

In a phase in which rhythm takes over, thoughts take away sleep and priorities have to be written down in black and white, I found myself asking myself: "What would I like to remember? What would I like them to remember?" and this new mantra guided me like a rainbow.
